Respect for Intellectual Property

FreeTools.one respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe that material available on FreeTools.one infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with a written notification containing the following information:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to the site for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Good Faith Reporting

Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use may qualify as fair use. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright, you may wish to consult an attorney before submitting a notification.
